Welcome to www.maryaadkins.com (hereinafter “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Mary Adkins”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, and any services purchased or booked through it, including Fractional COO services, Business Systems Strategy, ClickUp Consulting, and Florida Mobile Notary Public services. By accessing or using this website, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
Eligibility
This website and our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this website or engaging our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Description of Services
We provide business consulting and operational support services, including but not limited to fractional operations leadership, business systems audits and strategy, ClickUp buildouts and consulting, and Florida mobile notary public services. Descriptions of services on this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results, outcomes, or availability.
Florida Mobile Notary Public services are performed in accordance with applicable Florida law, including Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes. Nothing in these Terms overrides or limits any obligation we hold as a commissioned notary public under Florida law, including recordkeeping requirements.
No Guarantee of Results
While we bring professional expertise to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, efficiency gains, or any other result from our consulting, strategy, or systems services. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including decisions made by you and your team, market conditions, and implementation.
Booking, Payment, and Fees
Fees for services are agreed upon prior to the start of an engagement, whether through a signed proposal, invoice, contract, or other written agreement. Payment terms, including deposits, installment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified at the time of booking.
Late payments may result in a pause or delay of services until payment is received.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided in your service agreement or invoice at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, deposits and fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
For notary appointments specifically, please provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, as availability may be limited.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.
For notary services, you are responsible for bringing valid, unexpired, government-issued identification and any documents requiring notarization. We reserve the right to decline to notarize a document if we have reason to believe a signer is not who they claim to be, does not appear to be signing willingly, or does not appear to understand the document, as required under Florida notary law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and templates, is the property of Mary Adkins or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Any custom systems, templates, or ClickUp buildouts created for a client during an engagement will have ownership terms specified in the applicable service agreement.
Confidentiality
We understand that engagements may involve access to sensitive business information. We agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information shared with us during an engagement and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services, as required by law, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mary Adkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mary Adkins, its owner, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of this website, your engagement of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
