Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. I’m a bonded and insured Florida Notary Public, so you can feel confident having me handle your documents, whether it’s a simple signature or something more sensitive like estate or medical paperwork.
Can you handle loan signing documents?
Yes, I can notarize loan and mortgage documents as part of standard mobile notary services. I want to be upfront that I’m not a certified Loan Signing Agent, so if your lender or title company specifically requires an NNA-certified signing agent for a full loan package, please confirm that requirement with them beforehand. For most individual notarizations within a loan package, I’m happy to help.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please have the following ready:
- A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
- The complete, unsigned document(s) needing notarization
- Any other signers required for the document, each with their own valid ID
- A witness, if your document requires one (I can let you know ahead of time if it does)
Important: don’t sign the document before I arrive. Florida law requires you to sign in front of me, so I can properly witness and notarize it.
How long does an appointment take?
Most single-document notarizations take just 10 to 15 minutes. Loan signings and larger packages may take longer; I’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are available, that’s the whole point of a mobile notary. Just let me know what works for your schedule.
